Dear Valued Customer
Trucking costs for pick-up and deliveries in the Greater Toronto Area will increase substantially during the upcoming G20 Summit scheduled for June 26 and 27th. With enhanced security measures beginning June 20th costs will be impacted by increased congestion, motorcades, protests, as well as government restrictions and guidelines on pickup and delivery requirements. Deliveries within the security core area of Toronto and surrounding area will be impacted with further time restrictions and closures during this period.
As a result, from June 21st to July 7th we will be required to suspend our Surefire Guaranteed delivery service on shipments to and from the Greater Toronto Area for the G20 Summit.
